Roberto Blasi is the exclusive agent to international Chef Barbara Pollastrini.

As such, he represents her in both the Italian and the American press and all other media. Roberto also facilitates in Chef Pollastrini's participation in culinary competitions, festivals and other haute cusine endeavors.

Recently, Chef Pollastrini won the Food Network's Show, " Chopped" on the National American TV, which aired in December 2021.

She is also the " Ambassador of the Lazio Gastronomy and culture in the United States.
